POR QUE MINHA RESISTÊNCIA QUEIMA? Quebra/Estouro de tubo após a instalação Reservatório acoplado 304 externo - Vazamento pelos canos ou tubos Falta de água no reservatório: Principalmente se o boiler estiver em nível, já que a falta de água pode não ser perceptível. Amperagem incorreta do disjuntor: Disjuntor maior ou menor do que o indicado pode fazer com que ele não proteja adequadamente o circuito elétrico. Reação química: Embora raro, pode ocorrer uma reação química na resistência em contato com a água, liberando íons que reagem com o inox. Nesse caso, recomenda-se substituir por uma resistência de cobre. QUEBRA/ESTOURO DE TUBO APÓS A INSTALAÇÃO A quebra de tubos após a instalação não é coberta pela garantia, pois avarias ou falta de vácuo devem ser constatadas no ato da entrega. Possíveis causas: Falta de válvulas: Instalações devem ter válvulas de retenção invertida e ventosas para evitar pressão negativa e eliminar ar. Impacto de objetos ou ferramentas. Tubo mal apoiado. Choque térmico: Geralmente causado por sifão, que impede a circulação adequada da água. RESERVATÓRIO ACOPLADO 304 EXTERNO - VAZAMENTO PELOS CANOS OU TUBOS Vedação líquida danificada: Ao apertar as conexões durante a instalação, pode-se torcer o cano e causar fissuras. Recomenda-se vedar com veda-rosca. Falta de manutenção: O anel de vedação pode ressecar com o tempo, exigindo substituição. Verifique apertos e vedação periodicamente. QUAL A POTÊNCIA DA MINHA RESISTÊNCIA? 3.000W: Para tanques de até 600 litros. 5.000W: Para tanques a partir de 800 litros. POR QUE MEU DR DESARMA? O desarme do DR geralmente ocorre quando a resistência está queimada ou em curto-circuito. QUAL O TAMANHO DA ROSCA DA MINHA RESISTÊNCIA? A rosca padrão de fábrica é de 1 e 1/4”. PLACA DE PISCINA Dimensionamento: A área do coletor deve ser igual ou superior à área da piscina. Em regiões frias, recomenda-se 20% a mais do que o recomendado. Aumento da temperatura da piscina: Em dias quentes: A temperatura pode chegar a 31ºC. Em dias frios: A água pode subir no máximo 10ºC acima da temperatura ambiente. A ÁGUA NÃO ESQUENTA? Falta de inclinação: A inclinação mínima dos coletores deve ser de 30%. Não está direcionado ao norte. Instalação incorreta: Cotovelos e encanamentos da água quente não devem estar direcionados para baixo. Dimensionamento inadequado: Para cada 100 litros de água, recomenda-se 1,5m² de coletor. QUAIS CANOS POSSO USAR PARA INSTALAÇÃO DOS COLETORES? Recomenda-se o uso de PPR, Cobre ou PEX. CPVC não é recomendado. MEUS COLETORES ESTÃO “SUADOS”, POR QUÊ? É comum em ambientes úmidos ou durante períodos de chuva. A sudação (transpiração) deve evaporar com o tempo. Certifique-se de que a etiqueta esteja voltada para baixo, onde está a emenda. ESTÁ RETORNANDO ÁGUA QUENTE PARA A CAIXA D’ÁGUA, POR QUÊ? Falta de sifão na entrada de água fria. Respiro “afogado”. Ducha higiênica conectada ao cano de água quente. Pressão maior na água fria do que na quente. TERMOSTATO NÃO FUNCIONA? Verifique se a trava ou tampa do termostato não está encostando nos polos. Teste a resistência sem o termostato para confirmar se o problema está nela. O termostato é ajustado de fábrica para ligar a 45ºC e desligar a 60ºC. QUAL VASO DE EXPANSÃO INSTALAR? QUAL SUA FUNÇÃO? O vaso de expansão deve ser maior que 4% do volume do sistema. Ele acomoda o aumento de volume da água quando aquecida, regulando a pressão. QUAL A FUNÇÃO DO ÂNODO DE SACRIFÍCIO? DEVO TROCAR? O ânodo de magnésio protege o reservatório contra corrosão, especialmente em águas “pesadas” ou de poço. Recomenda-se a substituição regular para prolongar a vida útil do sistema. O FILTRO CENTRAL DE ÁGUA UNISOL REMOVE CALCÁRIO? Não, o filtro não remove calcário nem cloro, mas reduz impurezas de até 8 micras. QUANDO TROCAR A AREIA DO FILTRO? Quando ela estiver empedrada ou deixar passar sujeiras. QUANDO TROCAR O CARVÃO? Troque o carvão ativado pelo menos uma vez ao ano, ou conforme necessidade. EM QUAL ORDEM INSTALAR A AREIA? Sempre da mais grossa para a mais fina. COMO FAZER A LIMPEZA DO FILTRO CENTRAL DE 500L/H E 1000L/H? Para realizar a retrolavagem: Feche o registro da saída para o consumo. Abra a torneira e coloque a alavanca na posição horizontal. Quando a água estiver limpa novamente, feche a torneira e volte a alavanca para a posição de filtragem. COMO REALIZAR A MELHOR MISTURA DE ÁGUA PARA TER UMA TEMPERATURA IDEAL? Recomenda-se misturar 3 litros de água fria para 1 litro de água quente aquecida pelo boiler para alcançar a temperatura ideal para banho.
